When Billie Gunn made the move from corporate employee to business owner, she expected a roadmap. What she got was harder and more useful: Jen pushed her to think critically about how the business ran, how decisions were being made, and how leadership was actually being developed throughout the organization. Jen Brown is a former U.S. diplomat who spent 23 years leading teams across the United States and Latin America, and today she works with owners, executives, and organizations navigating growth, succession, and transition, building leadership capacity that lets the organization move forward without everything flowing back to one person. She coaches in English and Spanish, serves clients nationally, and has been engaged by municipal governments and the FBINAA North Carolina Chapter.
